Co-Vision in Athens

+

The Athens Digital Arts Festival hosted the fourth Consortium Meeting of the CO-VISION project, a collaborative space where institutions and experts joined forces to explore the impact of climate change and the role of art in raising awareness and taking action.

Mapa das Ideias, with its narrative approach centred on cultural and social connections, contributed to this initiative by presenting the results of the Local Debates held in Spain, Croatia, Italy, Romania and Belgium. At these meetings, artists, natural heritage experts and citizens shared visions of the environmental challenges in their regions, highlighting art as a powerful means of mobilisation and transformation.

To strengthen this shared vision, Mapa das Ideias - in collaboration with XAMK (Southeast Finland University of Applied Sciences), NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and IED (European Institute of Design) - led a workshop dedicated to the three fundamental axes of the CO-VISION project: co-creation, ecological practices and digitalisation.

With extensive experience in cultural engagement and innovative strategies, Mapa das Ideias plays a key role in creating creative methodologies and establishing meaningful connections. It gives voice to stories that challenge perspectives and strengthen communities.

In Co-Vision, storytelling and innovation intertwine to transform ideas into concrete actions that come together in a European platform where collaboration drives sustainable solutions, not only inspiring change but making it a reality.
