CO-VISION is an initiative that aims to turn cultural festivals into engines for promoting awareness of natural heritage in the places where they operate. It aims to create meeting spaces between creative artists, local inhabitants, and experts on environmental phenomena and local natural heritage and to consider the narratives that can be built through artistic practices.
The project aims to develop a model based on environmental and social sustainability and supported by scientific research, apply this model in the territories where 8 artistic partners operate, and integrate a process of digitising content
The meeting between artists, scientific experts and local populations will occur through a three-stage methodology, which triggers artistic creation and leads to the production of 8 installations on the impacts of climate change on European fauna and flora.
