Joana Cavadas

Graphic designer, illustrator and cultural mediator with diverse experience in creating educational activities and visual materials. She has a degree in Graphic Design from IADE and has specialised in techniques such as screen printing, engraving and motion design.

Between 2018 and 2020, she stood out as a cultural mediator at the Communications Museum and as coordinator of the APS educational service, where she developed educational projects and graphic materials. In 2022, she coordinated the AEC and CAF at EB Fausto Cardoso Figueiredo. She has also collaborated with international institutions such as the National Library of Spain, Les Ateliers Pédagogiques d'Arts Plastiques, and the NGO Casa do Caminho in Brazil, coordinating social and educational projects.

Joana is currently part of the Mapa das Ideias team.
