My object

Mens sana in corpore sano

I've realised that I can't stop doing things that make me feel good: listening to music, dancing, spending time with family and friends and doing sport. The Latin expression healthy mind in a healthy body reveals an ancient wisdom that - what was once a reminder to ask for health in prayer - now serves to remind us to take care of our physical and balance it with our psychological. Padel is sport, it's socialising, it's beer, music and sometimes dancing too.
